This privacy policy explains how Boost Education Service Limited handles your personal data and the purpose of its use. BHE Uni understands that your privacy matters to you. We strongly assure you that your personal data will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of your admission, for the relevant period of time.

1. What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This policy covers how we collect, use, store and protect the personal data of ambassadors, referred individuals and users of our site and services.

2. What is Personal Data?

Personal data is defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) (the “GDPR”) as ‘any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier’. In simpler terms, it is any information about you that enables you to be identified — obvious information such as your name and contact details, and less obvious information such as identification numbers, electronic location data, and other online identifiers.
